Port Frankfurters
Keells- Fried Frankfurters with Onions and Jalapeno
INGREDIENTS: 
250g pack of Keells – Krest Pork Frankfurters.
Onion (big) – 1 no
2 Jalapeno Peppers
Salt – As required.
¼ tablespoon of Pepper (freshly ground)
3 tablespoon of oil.
2 tablespoon of butter.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Make 1/2 inch slices of Pork frankfurters (straight or angled).
Slice onion (length wise) and jalapeno. Heat a pan and add oil
and butter, when its hot, put in the franks, onion and
jalapeno. Add salt and freshly ground pepper and stir
occasionally till the franks turn golden brown. Serve Hot.
Serves two.
