Grilled Bratwurst

Keells Pork Bratwurst Sausage with Grilled Bratwurst

INGREDIENTS: Grilled Bratwurst
6 Bratwurst
1 Onion
6 Peppercorns
4 Cloves
6 Hard Rolls
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot combine all ingredients except the rolls.
Simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes. Preheat grill.
Remove bratwursts from pot and place on grill for about 10
minutes, turning occasionally. Grill until brown. If you
sprinkle with water they will form a crispy skin. Serve on rolls
with your favorite mustard.
Serves two.

    Hi, In Germany I would love to eat this with lot of very hot mustard sausage.

    Sasha, why do the Westerners eat lot of mustard pase (hot, mild and sweet) with grilled meat or sausage? We alsoput mustard seeds in vey hot oil so that it bursts. Both have the same significance. Could you please tell me why?
