Masala Cocktail Sausages
Lets come together to make Keells Cocktail Sausage
1 Pack of Keells – Krest Chicken Cocktail Sausage (250 gm).
2 Onions – peeled & chopped
4 Cloves Garlic – finely chopped
2 Green Chilies – finely chopped
2 Tomatoes – chopped
¼ Tsp. Turmeric powder
¼ Tsp. Red Chili powder
¼ Tsp. Coriander powder
¼ Tsp. Garam Masala
100 ml oil
Salt To Taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and chopped onions, fry
lightly for a few minutes. Add chopped green chilies and the
rest of the ingredients and fry lightly for five minutes. Add
chicken cocktail sausages in the pan and cover the lid and
cook for a few more minutes. Garnish with chopped onions
and serve.
