Meat Balls with Garlic Sauce

Keells Chicken Meat Balls

INGREDIENTS: Meat Balls
200g pack of Keells – Krest Chicken meat balls
4 pips of crushed garlic
2 seed removed capsicum
½ cup tomato juice
¾ tea spoon chillie powder
1 medium b.Onion (cut into pieces)
½ tea spoon mustard powder
Salt to taste
Margarine
½ tea spoon cumin
PROCEDURE
Heat the margarine in the pan and place b. Onion, garlic and
capsicum. Fry until properly done. Add Keells meat balls, chili
powder and salt and keep cooking for about 5 more minutes.
Add tomato juice with some mustard and serve with hot
garlic sauce.*
{*garlic sauce preparation: dissolve the small soup block in
hot water. Then add few crushed garlic, pepper and heat.
While heating add some pepper powder to taste. Dissolve a
tea spoon of corn flour in a table spoon of water and add to
the mix. When taken away from the fire add some citric juice
to taste.}
