Chicken Cheese & Onion Salad

Keells Sausage- Potato Sausage

INGREDIENTS:Potato salad
2 pounds medium potatoes
1 pack of Keells – Krest Chicken Cheese & Onion sausage(250
gm).
1/4 cup mustard sauce.
1 small onion, finely chopped.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place potatoes in a large pot and boil for 12-15 minutes. Be
sure to add salt while potatoes are cooking. Remove from
heat, and add onion to it. Combine garlic, black pepper,
sugar, and mustard sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Place
sausage on grill or shallow fry on a pan and cook for 2-3
minutes per side. Remove from heat and cut into cubes.
Combine sausage with potatoes and dressing in a large bowl.
Serve hot.
