Special Cooked Ham

Keells Special Baked Ham Slice with Barbeque Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 Keells – Krest Special cooked ham slice.
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add onion. Sauté
onion until tender; add ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Place ham in baking
dish and pour sauce. Serve Hot.
Serves one.
