Masala chicken nuggets with lemon leaf and green pepper dip

Spice up the week with masala nuggets, the flavor will keep you going. Tired of gorging on heavy messy meals ? Give your taste buds a treat with this easy to cook and light enough to pass around morsel.

What do you need? 250g chicken 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp salt 5g coriander stalks, chopped 5 g dill leaves, chopped 1 tsp green chilli, chopped 50g rice flour 200ml oil, to deep fry For the Dip 4 lemon leaves 50g butter 30ml cream 10g green pepper(whole)

Do it Sasha Style First of, roughly crush the lemon leaves and boil them in very little water. Strain out the leaves. Now add butter to the hot lemon leaf-flavoured water. And add the cream and green pepper. Now that the dip is ready, half the job is done.

Going forward Defrost the nuggests and apply lemon juice and half of the salt to the cubes. Next, mix up the chopped stuff waiting on the shelf ie: chopped coriander stalks, chopped dil leaves, chopped green chillies and the remaining salt. Once that’s done, roll the nuggets in this mixture to coat. Finally, dust with rice flour and deep fry in hot oil till they get golden brown. You carry some fresh green salad along

 Prep. Time : 15 mins. Cooking Time: 5 mins. Serves : Four
