Potato Skins
According to a Spanish proverb, your belly rules your mind. So let your belly take the charge for a while and make new rules in the game of cooking…
What do you need?
10 small potatoes, Vegetable oil, Grated cheddar cheese
11/2 cup day old yogurt, salt and pepper to taste , 3 spring onions, chopped
Do it Sasha Style…
Bake full potatoes for 15- mins and then cut cooked potatoes into half and scoop out some of the inside, leaving little attached to the skin. Lightly brush both sides of the skin
(inside and outside) with oil. Grate cheese and sprinkle on potato.
Bake at 20c for 5 mins, until crisp and brown. To make sour Cream, hang day old yogurt for about an hour. Mix in chopped spring onions. Add seasonings. Serve potato skins with sour cream on the side. Optional Add grated Keells bacon bits to cheese before baking.

Minty Chicken
They say- All Happiness depends upon a leisurely meal. So let’s buckle up and get ready to taste the ultimate leisure with this one.
What do you need?
1 chicken cut into pieces, ¾ cup yogurt
2tbsp. cumin powder, juice of one lime, 1 tbsp. garlic, crushed
Salt to taste,3 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
2 tbsp. powder, 1 green chilly, chopped
1 tbsp. chilly powder, Oil for cooking

Do it Sasha Style
First off, cut slits in the chicken pieces, wash them and keep aside. Blend the rest of the ingredients (except of course oil) in a blender. Now pour in a large bowl and add the chicken to the mixture. Mix well to coat evenly and keep aside for sometime.
Next heat some oil in a pot and add the chicken with all the marinade and simmer on a low heat.Now pour the chicken and marinade on a greased baking dish and bake for about 45 mins or till they get fork tender.
Serve Hot . Add Drama to it by sprinkling some mint springs.You can have garlic bread or boiled rice to go with it.
